By accessing or using Probook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Probook provides a cloud-based business management platform including invoicing, quoting, delivery notes, client management, product management, point-of-sale, and reporting tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you choose (monthly or yearly). Prices are displayed in the applicable currency. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Non-payment may result in suspension of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
Probook and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Probook at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but your data may be retained for a reasonable period to allow export.
7. Limitation of Liability
Probook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Probook after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Algiers.
